International Business Workshop on CSR in the Mongolian Mining Industry: “Adapting and Implementing a Global concept into Local Contexts”

As faculty for the Centrum für Corporate Citizenship Deutschland (CCCD) Celina will conduct training in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia for 25 CSR executives in mining companies operating in Mongolia.
Participants will attend a 1.5 day workshop, starting with an afternoon working session that introduces a recent CCCD study on the current state of practice of CSR in Mongolia and a networking evening session on Monday. The following day offers two local corporate best-practice examples of CSR, an international expert presentation covering core elements of CSR in a global and cross-industry perspective and international practices and standards of CSR in the mining industry and breakout-sessions to discuss the examples and translate the input into the local conditions for future action.
This training supports the work of the German Development Cooperation, GIZ Office Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
