Generations of Talent Study (Sloan Center for Aging & Work at Boston College)

Initial findings from the global Generations of Talent Study (GOT) were released in December 2011. The Study was conducted by the Sloan Center on Aging & Work from May 2009 through November 2010.
Seven multinational employers collaborated to design and implement the GOT survey. The GOT study gathered data from 11,298 individuals working at 24 different worksites in 11 countries in Africa, Asia, South America, North America, and Europe.
